It highlights the significance of wanting to learn more in order to be successful. There is always room to be better and grow. Thus, it gives ways to exercise this and promote the idea of growing further.

I learned more about hyperlinks and presenting data in an organized and fun way. I enjoyed using new tools and familiarizing myself with new techniques. I liked creating a jeopardy game that I grew up playing in the classroom that my teachers would make. In the future I could make the questions more difficult and use more tools to have a more complex design.  In the future, I want to teach fourth or fifth grade. Thus, I think surveys can be a beneficial tool to check in with students or receive feedback. It can be a way I can identify how students are feeling in the class as well as how I can improve the classroom. It allows me to be able to make improvements and give my students a voice. I personally want to either work with Google Forms or Excel. Excel has always been something I wish to familiarize myself with more. I personally did not enjoy distance learning specifically during the pandemic. I am a more visual learner and did not adapt well learning through Zooms or even just posted assignments. I thrive off of a school environment and physically being there to learn. I did not think Zoom was effective and my school endured a lot of issues while using it. I would like to use Pearson or Google Meets in the future and gain more familiarity.  These resources are ones that are open and free to the public. Anyone is able to utilize them and gain a better understanding through them. This website that I have linked describes the basics of OER. I became more familiarized with what goes into creating your own website. There are many parts to making one and it requires a lot of refinement. You have to take into account the presentation and accessibility for the users. The assignment was a huge struggle for me and was completely outside of my comfort zone. QR codes can be used in the classroom in many ways. Some of the ways can be for activities such as a scavenger hunt or fun online game. Also, it can be used to show a link to allow students to give feedback. QR codes can be utilized to show the homework etc. Prompt: educator teaching 7th grade- I do believe the students should all be on the same level with similar resources. Thus, seeing how a group is using a resource that is technically illegal makes it unfair for the other groups. I think they should solidify what resources are efficient ones to use. So, students are understanding the expectations and what resources they have available to them.
